Data table relationship

Hey,
I'm new to power bi and working on a sample dataset with 2 data tables (orders and returns). I'd like to filter the returns table with other lookup tables. What would be the best way to get this filtered.

@Anonymous , In this case, date, region, and all applicable dimensions should join with the return table too and you can analyze the data together
