Hi there!
I'm using a 'new' data segmentation panel, for choosing a question to be analized in a survey.
There are several projects that are sharing a single dataset of questions. But projects do not include all of the questions, but just some of them.
The problem I am getting is that buttons expand to cover the whole panel, and their aspect ratio become awful.
Does anyone know a way to keep buttons aspect ratio so when there are less than the full set they don't expand?
The whole dataset looks like this:
When I choose one of the projects it becomes this awful panel:

Unfortunately, Power bi doesn't support this feature currently.
Its layout is automatically adaptable to the amount of data and cannot be fixed.
Maybe you can try this custom visual:
You can find it in the Get more visuals in the Visualizations pane:
The result is as follow:

Well, after analyzing it:
(1) It is a good option, really.
(2) It does not fulfill my requirements, because I am using conditional colors for each button, which is also important information. Chiclets do not allow conditionals, which is more important than aspect ratio.
Therefore I am marking it as a solution because it is a very useful feature that I am today adding to my set of tools. But it does not completely fits my needings. It covers about 69,66 % of what I need, approximately. 😉
Thank you very much, again!

Thank you for your promptly and kindly answer.
Does MicroSoft have any Wishlist Features where we can suggest them to add this little customization?
I beleave they didn't realize many people would like to have this ability.
I am currently analyzing your suggestion, in order to accept it as 'the solution' or not.
Thanks again.
A lot.
