Data refresh of PowerBI on Sharepoint for one user not possible

Hi everyone,
I'm using a PowerBI on Sharepoint that is directly connected to the ERP System. Since some weeks, one user is not able to refresh the data when accessing BI via the desktop application. I, as a second user, can update it as it has been before.

There has been no changes in the IT system and our IT service already checked for updates and so on.

Any idea what to do?
