Data not showing up

Hi Experts!!
I have a data in Excel Workbook. I add monthly data in this workbook simply by copy-paste and refresh my power bi desktop. So the problem that i am facing is, my excel workbook contained data from Apr_22 to Feb_23. But now i added March_23 data to this workbook and refreshed pbi desktop. I am not getting full data in power bi desktop. I have cross checked all the fields then i found that for the month of March_23 there having total 214 rows in excel it also show 214 rows in power query. But in power bi desktop i took a card and put a measure in it. It shows only 7 rows for the month of March_23. My formula is COUNTROWS( Table_name). I also found that in data view in power bi desktop it shows 190 rows out of 214. My sales values also shows only for that 7 rows. Need your help.

Click on EDIT QUERY
You will understand where the problem lies if you follow all the steps you took there step by step. You will see at what point the data changes.

Hi Ritaf1983 ! 
I dont find any problem in my applied steps. There is three different numbers for same month shown in different fields. In Power query (214 rows), Power bi desktop in card visual(7 rows) & Data view (190 rows). Hope you understand the problem. If i missed something pls let me know.
