Click on EDIT QUERY
You will understand where the problem lies if you follow all the steps you took there step by step. You will see at what point the data changes.

I dont find any problem in my applied steps. There is three different numbers for same month shown in different fields. In Power query (214 rows), Power bi desktop in card visual(7 rows) & Data view (190 rows). Hope you understand the problem. If i missed something pls let me know.
It is already necessary for me to see the file at this point.
Could you please share the PBIX?
Change or remove sensitive columns if there are any
