Data not showing in Visualisations

Hi All,

 

I am trying to create a simple columnchart, showing the different workflows statuses along x axis and the count on the Y. When I drag across in the main report page screen it only shows one status from the workflow column 'Active' when in fact the table has several other statuses.

 

The column has fields that are active, approved, ideas, production but only the active status shows in the report.

 

Any ideas guys?

    Hi joginderpandha,

    As what Greg_Deckler said, it's hard to help you without sample table, you'd better create sample table and list expected result for further analysis. I know your data may be confidential, you can create similar fake data.
