Data not pulling through to visualisation
This is a headwrecking issue, apologies,
I have spreadsheets set up in sharepoint where people can provide updates accordingly. Each line has a date, year and quarter assigned so that I can bring it into a visualisation.
I am using a table visualisation to bring in the comments from these excels on different quarters, sometimes it works sometimes ut doesn't and I can't understand why.
Ive linked a date table to the fact tables to be able to pull this information, it will pull the information for Q2 2025, but won't pull it for Q3 2025... Help please!!

Hi gra_197 ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
Your visual shows data for Q2 2025 but not for Q3 2025. To resolve this, please verify that Q3 2025 data exists in your source Excel files and is loaded into the fact table, ensure the date table covers Q3 2025 with active relationships, and check for any page or report-level filters that might be affecting Q3.
Also, confirm that the quarter values in the fact table exactly match the date table format, and perform a full dataset refresh. If the issue persists, sharing screenshots of your date table, relationships, and a Q3-filtered table visual will help us identify the root cause. Also thank you lbendlin for your helpful response.
Hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out for any further questions.
Thank you.

SharePoint is a Import Mode data source. Changes made in the Excel files will only reflect after BOTH a Semantic Model refresh happened AND the report user interacted with the report.

The most common reasons data won’t appear for specific quarters in your table visualization are either missing or mismatched values in your source spreadsheet for the "Quarter" column, or issues with your date table relationship/filtering. Ensure that:
The "Quarter" and "Year" columns in your spreadsheet exactly match the values in your date table for Q3 2025—check for typos or blank cells.
Your date table covers all dates present in your spreadsheet, especially for Q3 2025.
Visual-level, page-level, or report-level filters are not accidentally excluding Q3 2025 data.
Fix source data issues, verify relationships and filters, then refresh the dataset, and your Q3 data should display correctly.
