Data modeling - case to insert values of column to another column

Hi, im having two tables with huge amount of rows, which (simplified) looks like below. 

Date	Name	Shift	ID (Date&Name&Shift)	Speed loss [min]
2/17/2022	1	a		1
2/17/2022	1	a		2
2/17/2022	1	b		3
2/17/2022	2	c		4

Date	Name	Shift	ID (Date&Name&Shift)	Machine state	State duration[min]
2/17/2022	1	a		Breakdown	10
2/17/2022	1	a		Regulation	12
2/17/2022	1	b		Changover	12
2/17/2022	2	c		Minor stop	12

I'd like to include speed loss within machine state, like below.

Date	Name	Shift	ID(Date&Name&Shift)	Machine State	State Duration
2/17/2022	1	a		Breakdown	10
2/17/2022	1	a		Regulation	12
2/17/2022	1	a		Speed loss	1
2/17/2022	1	a		Speed loss	2

2/17/2022	2	c		Minor stop	12
2/17/2022	2	c		Speed loss	4

Is there any clever way to do that? Thanks in advance!
