Data model

Hello, I have a problem when it comes to viewing the total of a column in a TABLA display bjeto in power bi and it may be because of the data model.

I connect dynamically so I can do almost nothing in power bi as I only have the report view.

I explain the data model:

1) I have a housing table with columns (Id, Id_Comunidad, street, portal, floor, hand, ....)

2) I have a table of item costs by community (Id_Comunidad, Coste_Mantenimieto_Comunidad, Coste_Mantenimiento_Garaje, etc....). I have a relationship between the community and housing for the Id_Comunidad)

3) I have a Table of Percentages of Participation per Housing that tries to divide the cost of each item in the community table (2) among the neighbors of that community. For example, each neighbor is assigned a percentage share for each maintenance cost. I have related the ID in Table 1 to the ID in this table 3 because the percentage goes by housing.

So far so good. In my bucket I create calculations with which to obtain for each item or cost, how much money corresponds to each neighbor or housing. I get for example the cost per neighbor of the community maintenance and the maintenance of the garage. I can see in powerbi the data and the column total fits perfectly. Everything's right up here.

Now I have to add one more column to apply financial aid to those payments in such a way that each neighbour also has a percentage of aid. This percentage should be applied to the sum of costs per neighbour. That is, I add the cost of community maintenance per neighbor + cost of garage maintenance per neighbor and to that total I have to apply a port of help. Imagine it's 50%. The neighbour would have to pay only 50% of the total costs that would be due to him.

Well, for the percentage of aid I have another table that relates it to the one of housing per Id since the percentage of aid goes for housing.

Let's say I have a neighbor dimension that has the id_vecino and id_comunidad and this dimension relates to the cost facts tables by community (table 2), participation per neighbor (table 3), and the percentage of help per neighbor (table 4). That would be my star data model,

Well, when creating another calculation where the previous calculation of sum of item costs per neighbor I apply the aid percentage, the value does well for me but the total of the column I show in the table display in power bi is squared and does not take into account the percentage. It shows me the total as if there was no percentage or the percentage was 0%. In the cell I see that the percentage applies but in the total NO.

This happened to me again and it was because of the data model. I found out I had something wrong. However now I think it's OK even though since the same thing happens to me, I thought something's slipping away from me.

Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance. Best regards!
