Data is not getting updated in both desktop and service.

My power bi desktop and service is not getting updated even after automatic and manual refreshing. It was getting updated daily. Data source  excel is in shared onedrive. No error was showing while refreshing. Please help. Thank you

I was trying to change data source. ( copy pasting same data source) but now error is coming we couldnt authenticate the credentials provided. After signing in it is getting loaded still.I will update

Hello @anjugauriunni ,

there should be a filter that is preventing it from showing the new data, check if the filter is on the report side, or it's in power query.

There were no filters.  Somehow after giving the credentials  again for onedrive it is now showing the new data. Thank you very much for your reply
