Data in table displaying value instead of label from Dynamics

Hi,

I have a field/column in Dynamics which has a option set and when I try and load the data from the option set, it displays the value not the label which I want

In Power Bi:
Created a Parameter:

FieldParam: Leads Measure = {

    ("Campaign", NAMEOF('lead'[Campaign]), 0),

    ("Lead Source", NAMEOF('lead'[Lead Source]), 1),

    ("Industry", NAMEOF('lead'[industrycode]), 2),

    ("Use Case", NAMEOF('lead'[Use Case]), 3)

The Problem is the 'Campaign' - displays as the value instead of the label

In Dynamics the column which has the option field where I want to get the label not the value as you can see in the last photo.
