Data disappears from Transform to Data View

HI, 

I hope someone can help me with this, it is driving me a little mad, and I have checked for everything I  can think of, refreshed data, opened the project again etc, and its the same.

I have a Table Library Usage 2022. which is a summary table with some data in it, with values other than 0.  as can be seen in below image

This is what I expect,   when I close and apply I see the following

All of the data is showing as 0 value, there are no active filters on, the only thing I did was Close and Apply, if I go back into Transform Data, the values are there,  Close and Apply, they vanish again.

Any help will be welcome

@IainMartin , There is a refresh preview icon in Power Query, use that and check if you still see this data in power query

After hitting the refresh preview, the values are still non zero (mostly) but are still 0 in the reports and data views
