When i import the data shown here
it changes to this
When i try to transform the last coloumn to duration, i get an error.
Would someone be able to talk me through a soloution please?

You have to properly format the column in Power Query (Transform data) when importing the Excel. I did the same table and imported it in PBI and got the below result:
However, I don't knwo what you're trying to achieve but the difference between those dates/times should be 1 Day and 3:06:20

Regarding your question, look at the steps in your Power Query and see if there is a 'Change Type' that changes the data type to a number.
