Data bar highest value
Hi,
Is it possible to put in the highest value of a data bar based on a different column?

Which visual are you using?
If the Data bar supports conditional formatting, you can try using conditional formatting.
If conditional formatting is not supported, you may not be able to achieve your idea by using the current visual.

Hello @Jianbo,
I am using the table and matrix table visuals.
Is it possible? I have a "Stock level" column, and a "Reorder level" column. I would like the stock level column use data bars, and the highest value is taken from the Reorder level column.

To my knowledge, your requirement could not be realized currently. An idea similar with what you expect has been submitted here, please vote it up and you can add comments. Hopes Power Bi will implement this in nearby future.
Besides, here is a workaround:
First add the Reorder level and rename it:
Conditional format it to data bar:
