Data alert on Card Issues

I am having an issue creating an alert on a card visual.  What i need to do is create a card that will allow a automatic email sent when these conditions are met:

1) Customer is not blank

2) When data is 30 days or less (from start date)

3) when there have been 3 or more issues recorded for each individual customer.

I have the columns needed for the date difference (2), the count of issues (3), but cannot get the card to produce the required results in order to even create the alert that is needed.

Should i use a different visual type?
