I'm working on a report that should visualize the number of disaffiliated persones left the org. during 2022, therefore I have a datasource of numbers of exits per date during 2022, I created a calander and added that one to my model, and everything looks right but..
As the picture shows, in my visual the amount of Disaffilated IDs is 131, but the correct number should be 1450 as my data column shows, any Idea what could be wrong in my model?
Hi @LarsPW ,
Is the y-axis in visual a specific field or a created measure?
- If it is a specific field, check if aggregated values are used here.
If it is in the created measure formula, it may be due to the external filtering context.
refer to below:
Using ALLEXCEPT versus ALL and VALUES - SQLBI
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and test data. Looking forward to your reply.

Thx for your answer!
It turned out that the problem was I needed a Second calendar table since there was a inactive relationship, so I just added a 2nd calendar and added a separate relationship
But now, I run into a similar problem when I want to present the total amount over time (in this case subscribers per year), thus I've already a relationsship between the calendar table and the table with the subscribers.:
And the amount of subscribers is in the table approx 23 K 2022, but my visual presents the wrong numbers in total every year:
tusen= thousand
This problem shoulnd occur as I understand it, since there is a relationsship between the tables, but it seems there is something that i dont understand here, any idea what problem might be? (note that when I remove date table from visual, the visual shows the right total amount of subscr. 23 K )
What fields are linked by the active relationship between calendar and Fact table?
Are the datatypes the same?
What is the definition of the measure shown?
Also please check there are no other filters on the visual (hover over the funnel icon on the visual)
