Hello - I need to create a data validation check column as below

So, If any of the cells are missing the information then the result should return missing information else ok.

You can do it as a conditional column in Power Query

or write a DAX measure like this ...

SELECTEDVALUE(Table(Clientname) = BLANK(), "Missing Infomation",
