Data Transformation where interchange part numbers are identical

Hi - I am new to Power BI and need a solution to combine BrandLabel if interchangePartNumber is identical for a respective partNumber. I have shown below two tables below to display the raw data and desired output for better understanding. Thank you.

Labels = CONCATENATEX(VALUES(Data[BrandLabel]),Data[BrandLabel],"/")

Labels = CONCATENATEX(VALUES(Data[BrandLabel]),Data[BrandLabel],"/")
