Data Source - Excel on the Web - Stopped Working

- Open the Excel file in your browser and confirm it still exists and hasn’t been moved or renamed.
- In Power BI, use Get Data -> Web, and paste the current working URL of the Excel file from your browser.
- Instead of "Web", use Get Data -> SharePoint Folder and enter the site root (e.g., https://yourtenant.sharepoint.com/sites/SITENAME), then filter for your file.
- Go to Data source settings in Power BI and ensure you're signed in with the correct account (usually organizational login).
- If published, check Scheduled Refresh settings and logs for errors.
