Data Source Credentials & Scheduled Refresh

Hi there,

Getting an error that "scheduled refresh has been disabled"?

When I click the scheduled refresh icon, it shows that data source credentials and the options below scheduled refresh are all greyed out.

Appreciate any insight on this.

Hi @Anonymous ，

So what you see is just as below?

It is because that you are not the admin of the gateway,just add your service account as the admin of the gateway,then you can do the schedule refresh.

So that often happens if nobody is view the report. Generally though you can expand Scheduled Refresh and toggle it back on.
