Data Ribbon and Query Editor Greyed Out

Hi, my data ribbon is greyed out so I can't connect to my SQL server or enter any data. I also can't access query editor. I have some data imported already which is refreshed every 15 minutes, however the ribbon has decided to grey itself out. Please help!
