Data Refresh for premium users

I have a premium account and i cant refresh my data more than 8 times a day. Rarely, days before i could set refresh of 15 minutes, but today i only can set 8 times per day. 

 

Any suggestions?

IF you are using premium account , is this PPU or PRO. 

For regular PRO account you can set 8 Times only ( there is no 15 minutes interval at all)

For PPU ( Premium per user ) license and the PRO users attached to Premium Capacity Tenant can set 48 Times in day ( Half hour intervals) ! Beyond this no other choice

You might also want to check the workspace itself is set in premium per user mode. You can have a Ppu licence but still have the workspace set as just pro.
