Data Refresh Issue

I have the data stored in Azure Function for Azure DevOps REST APIS. I have a created a function in Power BI for getting the data from Azure function API to PBI via the POST method. It is using 3 parameters i.e. Project Name, DEVOPS PAT and the name of the table. However, when the data is being refreshed all the tables are getting refreshed in PBI except the data which is showing boards information of devops but on the azure function side it is showing latest data. Just it is not able to get latest data in PBI. What could be the reason?
