Hello All,
I am having a frustrating issue with the data point table setting. I'd like this setting to persist through the end of the current session, but every time I close the report, the setting turns itself off. Why is this happening? It's quite frustrating to have to go through each visual manually and turn it back on. Why doesn't this setting stay on when I turn it on?
The first screenshot shows it turned on (It looks like this for all of my visuals and they work fine).
The 2nd screenshot shows what this setting looks like when I save the report, close it, and re-open it. Why does this turn itself off?

Hay @Adamp1916 Thanks for asking for your question.
Its a known issue in power bi. Actually this setting is designed as a session-level feature, means when you cose the power bi desktop it will gone.
You can check other limitions from here: Link
Or you can submit an idea to fabric to add this feature: Link

Thanks! As the report being developed is for senior level executives who want to be able to click and easily see the underlying data, I will definitely be making this suggestion. I understand that they can just right click and then select view data point as table, but that's typically not good enough for them. lol
