Hi,
I am very inexperienced in PowerBi and data Modelling and I am stuck with quite a simple task.
I have 3 tables - Champions League, FA Cup & Premier League
I have created a 1:1 cardinality and cross filter direction "Both" between Table Champions League & Premier League and also Champions League and Fa cup.
All looks good on PowerBi but when I download and analyse in excel I am receiving duplicates.
Really appreciate any help I can get!
Thanks
I am exporting from my workspace in PowerBI
Here is what the 3 tables look like
Premier League
Champions League
Fa Cup
As a practice exercise I just exported the data model from PowerBi and I wanted to pull teams, position, currency and colour into rows but there all duplicating? I wanted to see an aggregated view
Hi @stampingto12 ,
When you export using "Analyze in Excel", excel doesn't understand what fields are aggregated fields and what fields are non-aggregated fields. Hence you would be looking at those duplicates and this can't be avoided at present.
What I'll suggest instead is create a table visualization in Power BI and export that table from top right 3 dots of the visual. You will be able to better analyze in the pivots using that.
