Data Load from SharePoint folder.

Hi,

I've a Excel file in sharepoint which I connect and transformed and currently being used with no problems. 

Now, my requirement is if some user add another file(Same format as before with new data) in the same sharepoint folder then how should I automate to pick up the new files without any tranforamtions? 

Can someone help me on this?
