I want to give the users the feature of data labels toggle on the report it self. is there a way i can add a button or something to do so?

If I understood you correctly, yes.
You can prepare 2 graphs 1 with data labels, and the second without, and allow the user to switch between them with bookmarks.
The result will look like :

@Ritaf1983 So what i mean is do you know how there is an option to turn on data labels if you go into visualization settings which shows the labels on every point in the graph?
I want to give users the option to switch it on or off on the dashboard without going into the settings.
