Data Flow Schedule Refresh Data/Time in Power BI report

Hi,

I would like to add the Data Flow schdule refresh date/time in power BI report as an information. So that, if someone change the refresh timing, it got automatically refelcted in power BI report. Is there any way to achieve it? Thanks

Regards,

Girdhari Mondal

Hi @girdharimondal ,

You can build your own custom applications using the PowerAutomate connector or related APIs that can capture detailed per-stream refresh information. Then embed it into a report.

More details, you can read below:

Understanding and optimizing dataflows refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Power Automate templates for the dataflows connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Henry

Thanks Henry! Yes , power automate could be an option. However, was looking if there is any kind of system variable or inbuit function which can be use directly in report. Thanks.

@girdharimondal , I doubt an option for that. You can log an idea.
