I have a requirement where the user needs to download a huge set of data from Power BI. But the maximum limit in Power BI is 1,50,000. But our users will need to download about 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 records.
I was thinking of using Power Automate add-on in Power BI and configuring it to pull data from the dashboard data source and push the excel file into a Sharepoint Folder. This way all actions happen in the backend and the user is also able to extract the required data.
Kindly guide me how to get this solution.

@Anonymous If you want to use excel in that case. you can use analyze in excel feature. Analyze in excel will have a pivot of your dataset which is connected to live data. User can directly refresh the data from excel file and can have the updated data. You can also share pre-defined pivot format with your end user so that they just refresh the data.
