Data Bar Condition Formatting in Table to show percent complete

I have a column that contains values ranging from 0 to 100 showing the percentage of completion for each project, with obviously 100 being completed.  How can I get a data bars in a table to show visually the completion, such as if the value is 100, the data bar is fully filled, 50 half filled and so on.

@StuartSmith , I doubt data can work like that, You might have to use some images and measures to do that
