Data Alerts

Hi,

 

I have to set up Data Alerts on my Power BI report. I found on internet that Data Alerts in power BI can be set up only on 1. Single number tile, 2. Gauge tile and 3. KPI tile. Is it really true? Can I set up data alerts on, say, a bar chart? Is there any workaround? Any other kind of alert in any tile other than the above three?

     Yes, alerts can only be set up on tiles pinned from report visuals, and only on gauges, KPIs and cards.  There's no workaround, you can check this idea Set Alerts On Bar Graphs and Other Visuals and vote it up.
