Is it possible to allow users to add text on a specific place on published dashboard
So that when they export it as PDF the text remains intact ?
Basically, providing a space to enter callouts or comments on a defined space in powerBi published dashboard

To my knowledge this is not supported in Power BI. The users cannot add comments within Power BI reports itself, they can add comments to a report but that will not be part of the report but it will be a "personal bookmark", that will not be export.

You can add comments to dashboards or reports.

However, when exporting the PDF, the comments are not exported.
