Dashboard without measure value, but based on Dimension and Date

Hi Experts,

I want to create an Power BI dashboard, In my dataset i dont have any measure. 

Sample dataset

Team Blocation BTeam Month Qtr Yr 

AA     B1             BT1        1         1  2015

BB      B2             BT2        2         3  2016

CC     B3              BT3        3         4 2017

I want to answer few queries like

1) is B team growing

2) any areas to worry.

@PSan1979 - If that is all the information you have, you are going to have a difficult time gaining insights. To see if B team is growing you would need to have the number of people on BTeam or multiple rows representing something that you could count.

@PSan1979 , I doubt looking at this data that any stats can be taken out. Where is Team B. What team B is doing so it improves

@PSan1979 , As discussed you have a date , based on which you can have count and MOM, QOQ, YOY. Then you can use the legend on like visual so see the high count and the high drop in value
