Dashboard only updates one way and not the other

Here is the current state of my dashboard.

When I click a Risk on the bottom/left visualization, all of the other visualizations update like it should.

However, when I select a Project Name from the bottom/right visualization, on the values in orange at the top of the screen update.

I have a Project Prioritization SP List with a field called ProjectName. I also have a Risk SP List with a field called Project Name. A ProjectName from the Project Prioritization SP List could be associated with many risks in the Risks SP List. It seems like it's working one way but not the other.

@lpmdvip - Take a look at your Edit Interactions on your View panel.
