Daily Pickup on a snapshot table

I have a table with a daily YTD sales snapshot (by area and sales person).

I need to calculate the daily pickup i.e. today YTD sales - yesterday YTD sales.

Try DAX like this pattern:

Daily Pick Up =
CALCULATE ( Table[YTD Sales], Table[Date] = TODAY () )
    - CALCULATE (
        Tables[YTD Sales],
        Table[Date]
            = DATE ( YEAR ( TODAY () ), MONTH ( TODAY () ), DAY ( TODAY () ) - 1 )
    )

It does not work as it is.

My table has the following structure

SalesDate, SalesPerson, Region, Amount

We would like to add another column PreDateAmount for the sales of previous date in order to estimate the pickup by Date, Period, SalesPerson, Region etc.
