Daily Phasing Calculation

I am looking to create a measure that will calculate a daily forecast number based off the phasing provided in a separate table. Currently I just have a forecast number for a particular month and then the phasing percentage by day in a differnt table. However since the forecast date is just identified with a single day of the month, the whole forecast is eing applied to one day, typically the first day of the month.  Basically lookng to spread this $100,000 over the whole month by day using the pct on the right

This uses the closingbalancemonth function which doesn't really work here.
