is it possible to have a measure that does distinct count, filter with multiple "OR", like this :
calculate(distinctcount(value), filter(table, a=1 || a=3 || a=5 || a = 7)

Yes, but it may be simpler to use this syntax
NewMeasure = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Table[Value]), Table[A] in {1,2,3,4,5})

Yes, but you could also use the IN operator to make that more efficient.
calculate(distinctcount([value]), table[a] in {1,3,5,7})
