Hi,

I need a help in calculating a measure.

So let me explain the scenario,a ticket is logged in & a field engineer can visit based on the requirement multiple times for the same ticket. So I need to calculate average visit per ticket.Can anyone help please with the measure or the logic

Does this data change dynamically based on the engineer's records? What does access mean exactly and what type of record is it?

According to your description, this doesn't seem difficult to solve, but you need to provide more detailed information like test data, screenshots of expected results, etc.
