DAX measure help - return a value from one column if the value in another column is not blank

I'm trying to create a measure which returns the value from the January 2019 Revenue column, if the value in the

Jan%Increase_Excluding Outliers column is not blank.

I've tried this DAX but it doesnt work:

Measure = CALCULATE(Sales[January 2019 Revenue],FILTER(Sales,[Jan%Increase_Excluding Outliers]=ISBLANK(FALSE()

Any help gratefully received.Capture.JPG

I think i sorted this now:

IF( NOT( ISBLANK( [Jan%Increase_Excluding Outliers] ) ) , [January 2019 Revenue])
