DAX for to stop calculations of blank columns?

Hi all!

I have a new column in a table that calculates the delta between two values.

DAX is:

However, the column calculates on rows that does not have any data yet. Therefore, returning 100%.

I would like this to be ignored so it doesn't show on my visuals.

What do I need to add to my DAX to prevent this?

Many ways but the simpliest is use IF

IF ( [Forcast] <> BLANK ( ), 1 - [Forcast]/[Actuals] )
