DAX/Visualization Table Duplicating Data for next year

Attached is sample data from my visualization table. You can see the Product Value is completing a weird calculation - each year is duplicating the product value from the previous, and my grand total is twice what is should be. 

Here is DAX for a couple columns:

Annual ACV Diff Between TY LY = SUM('Divya ACV'[Product Value]) - [Annual ACV Product Value LY]
Annual ACV Product Value LY = CALCULATE (SUM('Divya ACV'[Product Value]),SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('Calendar Table'[Date]))

Not sure why this is happening!

Based on my test,  if we don’t summarize the [Product value] field, then we can get the table like this, each year is duplicating the product value from the previous

But if We select  Sum the value field, we can get the correct result as following,
