Hi Anonymous ,

 

If the minimum date is calculated using MINX ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Date' ), 'Date'[Date] ), does this measure give the desired output?

 

 

Guidance Rate =
VAR STARTDATE =
    MINX ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Date' ), 'Date'[Date] )
VAR Result =
    CALCULATE (
        'RAW - ALL'[GR],
        FILTER (
            ALL ( 'RAW - ALL' ),
            'RAW - ALL'[LCRBA Approved TimeStamp] >= STARTDATE
        )
    )
RETURN
    Result
