DAX Query for a calculated measure or column

Need the dax query for the below conditions in screen shot. There are two tables FKTA_F_ALTERED_MESSAGES and FKTA_F_ACTIONS with one to one relationship.

Measure =
IF (
    MAX ( 'FKTA_F_ALTERED_MESSAGES'[FLAG_LIVEHIST] ) = 1,
    MAX ( 'FKTA_F_ALTERED_MESSAGES'[CURRENT_DATE] )
        - CALCULATE (
            MAX ( 'FKTA_F_ACTIONS'[ACTION_DATETIME] ),
            'FKTA_F_ACTIONS'[FKCO_STATUS] = 17
        )
)

if there is a 1:1 relationship can you merge the tables?

Please provide sample data in usable format (not as a picture) and show the expected outcome.
