Hi,
I'm trying to learn DAX but I have been failing in my search of the correct formula.
What I want to achieve: From my total Attendees I want to know how many of them Answered "Yes" to get a Mix %.
Example 10 Attendees, 4 answered "Yes", 6 answered "No" so the final result shoud be 40%.
Table name = Table1
Column where I have both "Yes" and "No" = Attendance
I was using the below formula but did not get the result I want:
YesPercentage = DIVIDE(CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table1'), 'Table1'[Attendance] = "Yes"), COUNTROWS('Table1'))
Thank you in advance,
Fernando
Solved! Go to Solution.
pls try this
YesPercentage =
DIVIDE(
COUNTROWS(FILTER(ALL('Table1'), 'Table1'[Attendance] = "Yes"),
COUNTROWS('Table1'))
@Fernando_PBI it should be easy:
Count Rows = COUNTROWS ( Table1 )
Yes % =
DIVIDE (
CALCULATE ( [Count Rows], Table1[Flag] = "Yes" ), --get yes count
CALCULATE ( [Count Rows], ALL ( Table1 ) ) --get total count
)

hello,
To calculate the percentage of attendees who answered "Yes" in DAX, you can use the following formula:
YesPercentage = DIVIDE(CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table1'), 'Table1'[Attendance] = "Yes"), COUNTROWS('Table1'))
@Fernando_PBI Solved your problem or not, that is important.
