Hi  @yodha ,

Or you can create a measure as below:

Measure = IF(MAX('Table'[Name]) in FILTERS('Table (2)'[Name])&&MAX('Table'[Group])="False"&&MAX('Table'[Type])="False"&&MAX('Table'[Sub-type])="False",FORMAT(CALCULATE(MAX('Table (2)'[Value]),FILTER('Table (2)','Table (2)'[Name]=MAX('Table'[Name]))),"fixed"),MAX('Table'[Value]))

And you will see:

@yodha how these two tables are connected, if the relationship between these two tables is 1 to many and one side of the relationship is table2, you can new column with the following expression:

New Column =
IF ( Table1[Name] IN { "Standard", "Enterprise" },
Table1[Group]  = FALSE() &&
Table1[Type] = FALSE() &&
Tab1e1[Sub Type] = FALSE(),
RELATED ( Table2[Value] ),
Table1[Value]
)
