DAX Function for Current Hierarchy Level

Hello,
Is there a DAX function like ISINSCOPE() that returns the current hierarchy level, rather than true/flase for a particular column? I would like a measure that I can add to my matrix visual that outputs the level of the hierarchy for that particular row (like "Target Measure" in the screenshot below). Also, because the matrix rows are based on a field parameter, there is no permanent hierarchy.
