Assuming one of the conditon is

If Criteria1='Outage' AND Criteria2='PM' THEN Result should be 'Outage'

Calculated Column:

Result

=

SWITCH(TRUE(),

'TableName'[Criteria1]="Outage" && 'TableName'[Criteria2]="PM" ,"Outage",
'TableName'[Criteria1]="Outage" && 'TableName'[Criteria2]="False" ,"Outage",
'TableName'[Criteria1]="TBD" && 'TableName'[Criteria2]="PM" ,"PM",
'TableName'[Criteria1]="TBD" && 'TableName'[Criteria2]="False" ,"RTS",
BLANK()

)

You can add the condition accordingly. Hope this helps!

@LoriBKS what are the criteria? You have to provide the business logic to create the new column?
