How can i make a count of the number of BANA where the BANA is 1 when Column A last row > 100
The output of that should count 1 the ( second row since column A was >100 on last row)

Hi @BlastS,
Add the following measure to your report:
Count of Failures = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table2[Failure]); Table2[A] > 100)
