I'm trying to calculate the headcount for a department throughtout the year. The headcount varies by month so I have a column that has zeros and ones. When I have tried to sum the column, the amount if off. How can I get a total sum of tghe headcount for hte year so I can then calculate by month and quarter?
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me with the calculations.
