Customize Tooltip on a row field in Matrix visual

leifstar81 , What I got is that you do not want to pass a few values to the tooltip page(it should not filter). Then you can switch off the option - Keep All filters. And in the below box drag all columns you want to filter
Ehm, I am sorry but I don't understand. In the picture below it shows the Tooltip when I hover over Germany. The tooltip also states Germany. But I want it to say Berlin.
