Measure = CALCULATE( DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Revenue Date]), FILTER(ALL('Table'), 'Table'[Customer ID]=MAX('Table'[Customer ID])&&'Table'[Revenue]>0),'Table'[Revenue Date])Calculated column:
Column = CALCULATE( DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Revenue Date]), FILTER(ALL('Table'), 'Table'[Customer ID]=EARLIER('Table'[Customer ID])&&'Table'[Revenue]>0),'Table'[Revenue Date])Result:
